We recommend reserving at least 24 hours before your arrival. This allows us to assign and brief your dedicated chauffeur, prepare your vehicle, and send you all meeting details with time to spare. For peak travel dates — Christmas, New Year, Semana Santa, and long weekends — we strongly recommend reserving 48–72 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability. For last-minute reservations, contact us directly via WhatsApp and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.
Yes — with complete flexibility. Cancellations made 24 or more hours before your scheduled transfer receive a 100% refund, no questions asked. Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before receive a 50% refund. Modifications to date, time, vehicle, or destination can be made at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email, subject to availability. If your flight is delayed or changes — that is never considered a cancellation and carries no charge.
You need five pieces of information: your arrival date, your flight number (so we can monitor it), the airport you are arriving at, your destination resort or address, and the number of guests in your party. Your name — for your personalized welcome sign — and your WhatsApp number for our confirmation message are also helpful. You do not need to provide payment at this stage; pricing and payment details will be included in your personal confirmation.
Within 30 minutes of your request, a member of our team will contact you personally via WhatsApp and email with your reservation confirmation. This confirmation includes your reservation summary, all-inclusive pricing, and a note about what to expect on arrival day. Approximately 24 hours before your transfer, you will receive a second personal message with your chauffeur’s name, direct contact number, exact meeting point at the airport, and a description of your vehicle.

A single reservation request can cover your airport arrival transfer, mid-stay point-to-point journeys, restaurant evenings, and your departure transfer. Simply note all requested services in the ‘Special Arrangements’ field of the reservation form, or send us a WhatsApp message with your complete itinerary. We will coordinate everything and send you a single comprehensive confirmation.
